The rules for using weaversol.com and what our website content does and does not commit us to.
Effective date: November 3, 2026
These terms apply to your use of weaversol.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement, and if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.
The site is operated by WeaverSol, a software studio with an office in Lahore, Pakistan, and a US registered address at 5900 Balcones Dr, Austin, TX 78731. "We", "us" and "our" mean WeaverSol. "You" means anyone using the site.
You may browse the site, read its content, and contact us about your business. When you do, you agree not to:
We may block access, including by IP address, if we believe the site is being misused.
The text, design, graphics, logos and other content on this site belong to WeaverSol or are used with permission. You may view and share links to our pages and quote short extracts with credit. You may not republish, sell or reuse our content in bulk without our written permission.
Names and logos of clients, partners and platforms shown on the site belong to their respective owners.
Ownership of work we build for clients is set by each project's written agreement. Our standard position is that clients own the code we write for them once it has been paid for, but the signed agreement for each project is what counts.
Sending an enquiry, booking a call, or receiving a proposal or quote does not create a contract. Proposals, estimates, timelines and prices we share are non-binding until both sides sign a written agreement that sets out scope, price and terms.
We may decline any enquiry or project without giving a reason.
We offer a working AI agent demo within 24 hours of a first call, built around one manual process you describe. The demo is free and comes with no obligation to buy anything.
The site uses or links to services run by other companies, including Calendly for booking calls, WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging, Google AdSense for ads, and our profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your data.
Ads on this site are served by Google AdSense. We do not choose individual ads, and an ad appearing here does not mean we endorse the product, service or company behind it. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser. Our Privacy Policy explains how advertising cookies work and how to opt out of personalized ads.
The content on this site, including articles, guides, cost ranges and descriptions of our services, is general information. It is not legal, financial, technical or other professional advice for your specific situation, and you should not rely on it as such. Advice for your business comes through a scoped engagement with us.
Descriptions of services, timelines and typical market cost ranges on the site show how we usually work. They are not a promise of a particular result for your project, because scope, integrations and the condition of existing systems vary from one business to the next. What we commit to is set out in the written agreement.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, secure or up to date.
To the extent permitted by law, WeaverSol is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content.
Work done under a signed project agreement is covered by the liability terms in that agreement, not by these website terms.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
If you misuse the site or break these terms, and that causes us a claim, loss or cost, including reasonable legal fees, you agree to cover it.
How we handle personal information you share through the site is explained in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
