WeaverSol is a software studio that builds AI agents, business automation and AI-native products for companies that want to grow without adding manual work. We are a team of 5–10 engineers and designers working from our office in Lahore, Pakistan, with a registered US address in Austin, Texas. Our clients are based across the United States, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates, and we can have a working AI agent demo ready within 24 hours of the first call.

Our story
From web builds to AI-native software
Ehsan Zahid founded WeaverSol in 2015. For most of our history we have done the work that sits underneath every good digital product: websites, web applications and custom software built for businesses that needed them to work reliably, not just look good at launch.
As AI models became dependable enough to use in production, our work shifted with them. The problems our clients brought us didn’t change much. Teams were still copying data between systems, answering the same customer questions by hand and waiting months for software that was out of date by the time it shipped. What changed was what we could do about it. Today most of our projects combine conventional software engineering with AI: agents that handle outreach, reception and customer success, automations that connect disconnected tools, and MVPs that go from idea to deployable product in a week.
The name reflects how we work. A product is woven from many threads (strategy, design, data, engineering, operations), and it holds together only when one team is accountable for all of them.

- AI adoption consultancy: assessing where AI will produce measurable returns in a business, and building a phased roadmap to get there.
- Production-grade MVPs: turning a defined idea into deployable software in about a week, at a fixed scope and fixed price, with the client owning 100% of the code.
- AI-native custom development: larger applications designed around AI from the start, rather than having it bolted on later.
- AI agents: our ready-to-adapt agents (Emma for outreach, Jessica for sales intelligence, Alex for reception and Mark for customer success) customised to a client’s process and running around the clock.

How we work
Discover, Design, Build, Launch, Grow
Every engagement follows the same five stages. We start by understanding the business and the people who will use what we build, and we stay involved after launch to monitor, improve and scale it. Our full approach is on the Process page.
A few principles shape every project:
- Show working software early. For AI agent projects, we aim to have a working demo within 24 hours of the first call, so decisions are made on something real rather than a slide.
- Fix the scope before fixing the price. We agree on what will be delivered before work starts, which keeps budgets predictable.
- Clients own what they pay for. Source code, accounts and data belong to the client.
- Build for the second year. We would rather be known for software that keeps running than for the volume we ship.
