Effective date: November 3, 2026
This policy explains what personal information WeaverSol collects through weaversol.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers this website and the enquiries you send us through it. Work we do for clients under a signed agreement is also covered by that agreement.
WeaverSol is a software studio with an office in Lahore, Pakistan, and a US registered address at 5900 Balcones Dr, Austin, TX 78731. For the purposes of data protection law, WeaverSol is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
For any privacy question or request, email admin@weaversol.com.
When you fill in the contact form on our contact page, we collect:
We also receive whatever you choose to share when you book a call through Calendly, message us on WhatsApp, or email us directly. Please do not send confidential business data or sensitive personal information (for example health or financial records) in a first enquiry. If a project needs it, we will agree how to handle it first, including an NDA where appropriate.
When you visit the site, our hosting and security systems record technical information in server logs, including your IP address, browser type, device and operating system, the pages you request, the referring page, and the date and time of each request. Cookies and similar technologies may also be set, as described in the Cookies and Advertising sections below.
We do not currently run a website analytics tool such as Google Analytics.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the details you submit through the contact form to build advertising profiles.
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on the following legal bases:
We use Google AdSense to show ads on this website. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings at https://adssettings.google.com or My Ad Center at https://myadcenter.google.com. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at https://www.aboutads.info/choices, or, in the EU, at https://www.youronlinechoices.eu.
If ads are not personalized, cookies may still be used for frequency capping, aggregated ad reporting, and preventing fraud and abuse.
For visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, personalized advertising cookies are only set after you give consent, where the law requires it. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser or by emailing us, and you can also manage ad personalization through Google Ads Settings.
To learn more, read Google's explanation of how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google's page on how Google uses cookies in advertising.
We do not control the ads Google selects, and an ad appearing on this site is not an endorsement of the product or company advertised.
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We use three categories:
You can control cookies through your browser settings: block all cookies, block third-party cookies only, or delete cookies already stored. Each browser's help pages explain how. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site, such as the contact form, from working properly.
The site uses the following services, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:
Our pages also link to our profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X. These are plain links. If you follow one, that platform's own privacy policy applies.
We share personal information only:
We do not sell personal information or share it for others' own marketing.
Our team works from Pakistan, our registered address is in the US, and our service providers may process data in other countries. That means your information may be handled outside the country where you live, including outside the UK and EEA. Where data protection law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or our providers' own transfer mechanisms.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
To make a request, email admin@weaversol.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we aim to respond within one month.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator, such as the UK Information Commissioner's Office (https://ico.org.uk) or the authority in your EU country. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
We may update this policy when our website, tools or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. If a change significantly affects how we use your information, we will make that clear on the site.
